This page records the application information currently available for public review. It separates product and application references from verified customer case studies. Customer name, country, equipment serial, test report, delivery record and measured result are not published until the underlying project evidence is approved for public use.

How to use this library

Each record follows the same engineering path: customer type and country, equipment, operating problem, cable selection, confirmed specification, test or inspection evidence, delivery scope and result. 鈥淧ending confirmation鈥?means the page is not making a customer, country, test, delivery or performance claim. Send the project reference if you need a case matched to your application.

Mining trailing cable – application reference

• Customer type / country: Pending public project approval.
• Equipment: Mining mobile equipment such as drills, continuous miners, cutters, loaders, shovels, pumps or conveyors.
• Problem: Repeated movement, dragging, reeling, abrasion and electrical safety requirements must be defined for the actual machine.
• Selection: A Mining Trailing Cable, ICEA Mining Cable or VDE Mining Cable record is shortlisted from the machine, voltage, movement and standard.
• Specification: Model, conductor arrangement, voltage, jacket, grounding or ground-check conductors and bend radius are confirmed from the selected record.
• Testing / delivery / result: Project-specific test documents, delivery records and measured outcomes are pending customer evidence.

Port crane cable – application reference

• Customer type / country: Pending public project approval.
• Equipment: Port crane, hoist, trolley, spreader, stacker, reclaimer or festoon system.
• Problem: Reeling, festoon travel, swing, seawater spray, oil and outdoor exposure must be matched to the cable path.
• Selection: Existing Port Crane Cable records include PNCT, NGFLGOU-J, NGFLCGOU-J and PUR festoon records; the exact model remains the source of truth.
• Specification: Travel, drum diameter, winding pattern, speed, core layout, voltage, screen and termination are confirmed before quotation.
• Testing / delivery / result: Project-specific inspection, delivery and operating results are pending customer evidence.

Subsea, pump and data applications – application reference

• Customer type / country: Pending public project approval.
• Equipment: Submersible pump, subsea tooling, ROV or umbilical system.
• Problem: Depth, pressure, water chemistry, bending, tension, power and data functions must be designed together.
• Selection: Current Submersible Pump Cable records and the ROV/Umbilical guide are starting points for an engineering RFQ, not blanket depth or approval claims.
• Specification: Cable length, depth, water type, voltage, current, core and fibre layout, support, buoyancy, termination and test scope are confirmed per project.
• Testing / delivery / result: Qualification evidence, delivery records and measured outcomes are pending customer evidence.

Elevator traveling cable – application reference

• Customer type / country: Pending public project approval.
• Equipment: Elevator or lift car with power, control and communication functions.
• Problem: Repeated vertical flexing, loop geometry, data integrity, shielding, termination and local lift inspection requirements must be coordinated.
• Selection: The current category record includes an Elevator Traveling Cable with CAT6 and S/FTP elements; the integrator must confirm the complete arrangement.
• Specification: Travel height, speed, loop shape, cable weight, bend radius, voltage, data category and termination are confirmed before supply.
• Testing / delivery / result: Inspection, delivery and measured field results are pending customer evidence.

Evidence submission and case publication

To publish a verified case, send the customer type, country or approved region, equipment, problem statement, selected model, drawing or marking, relevant specifications, test method and report, delivery scope, date, result and permission to publish. Redact confidential information where necessary. A case will be labelled as a customer case only when the evidence and publication permission are available.
