Kevlar Weaving Machine
Where cables face relentless tension, repeated flexing and harsh environmental stress, TEBAOFLEX precision Kevlar braiding turns a standard construction into a rugged, tear-resistant cable.
Production Workshop
More than 200 sets of production and test equipment cover stranding, continuous-vulcanisation extrusion, core assembly, screening and sheathing for 0.6/1 kV to 35 kV rubber cables, crane, lift, shield-machine, steel-ladle-car, marine, silicone, ROV and special cables.
Cable Packaging
Solid Wood Cable Reels (Kiln-dried pine or poplar lumber; free of cracks and knots); Composite Reels (Iron frame with wooden side panels); All-Metal Stamped Reels (Stamped and welded cold-rolled steel sheet).Large reels (>80 kg); Small reels/Coils (≤80 kg).
Ageing Test Chamber
Standard Operating Conditions: 85°C, 85% RH (Constant Temperature and Humidity) for 500–1000 hours, or 10 alternating temperature and humidity cycles.Acceptance Criteria: Decrease in insulation resistance < 50%; absence of blistering, hydrolytic cracking, or mold growth; volume resistivity retention ≥ 90%.
