Type SHD-GC mining trailing cable for 2kV, 5kV, 8kV, 15kV and 25kV three-phase AC circuits that require grounding and a ground-check conductor.
- Three flexible bare or tinned copper power conductors.
- Two ground conductors and one yellow-insulated ground-check conductor.
- 90°C EPDM insulation; EPR available upon request where stated.
- Soft-drawn annealed copper braid over each power conductor.
- CPE/TPU outer jacket options and custom sizes upon request.

SHD-GC cable for moving mining power
Type SHD-GC is a shielded, round, portable power cable for heavy-duty mining equipment and other mobile or stationary equipment that requires grounding and ground-check conductors. The current TEBAOFLEX product material lists 2kV, 5kV, 8kV, 15kV and 25kV options, with conductor temperatures up to 90°C.
Use this cable family when the equipment, voltage and safety circuit require a ground-check arrangement as part of the power cable. Typical equipment named in the product material includes loaders, drills, conveyors, pumps, shovels, dredgers, drilling rigs and underground mine feeders. The final cable is selected by voltage, conductor size, movement path, installation conditions, termination and required documents. Do not select it by the voltage range in the page title alone.

Construction
The base SHD-GC construction described on the current product page uses three power conductors, two ground conductors, one ground-check conductor, copper braid shielding and CPE/TPU jacket options.

- Power conductors: flexible bare or tinned copper conductors for the three-phase circuit.
- Insulation: 90°C EPDM; EPR available upon request where stated on the current product page.
- Ground conductors: two bunched or rope-lay stranded bare or tin-coated copper conductors.
- Ground-check conductor: one stranded bare or tin-coated copper conductor with yellow insulation.
- Braid shield: soft-drawn annealed copper braid served over each power conductor.
- Outer jacket: CPE/TPU options are listed on the current product page.

Before substitution: confirm the rated voltage, conductor size, ground-check circuit, minimum bend radius, pulling method, termination space, operating temperature and required standard. Do not infer water, oil, flame, UV or certification performance from the SHD-GC name alone.
