(N)3GHSSHCH LSZH Tunnelling & Underground Mining Cable
Application: (N)3GHSSHCH features a low-smoke zero halogen (LSZH) inner and outer sheath for use in environments where there is a potential fire hazard. The cable is designed to withstand the stresses of underground and mining environments, including chemical and climatic stresses. e.g.high-voltage transformers in mining and tunnelling.
Cores: 3 phase + 3 earth + 3 control conductor configuration. Steel Wire Braid (SWB) over the second inner sheath means these cables are designed to withstand mechanical, chemical and climate stresses.
TEBAOFLEX CABLE is customer-oriented in the design and manufacture of cables and products, providing (N)3GHSSHCH cable customized product services, Suitability: For use in the Mining industry for tunnelling and underground applications requiring low smoke and zero halogen properties (LSZH).
All performance requirements of the customer’s heva-duty rubber cable working application, and we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to customers at competitive prices at all levels.

(N)3GHSSHCH Tunnelling Underground Mining Cable Installation Instructions

✔ Firstly, Before installation, inspect (N)3GHSSYCY/(N)3GHSSYHCH Cable for damage and verify specifications match operating requirements.
1. Avoid dragging, sharp friction and excessive bending;
2. follow the specified minimum bend radius.
3. Keep cables away from high-temperature sources and corrosive substances.
✔ Secondly, during laying, ensure proper tension to prevent overstretching the steel wire braid armor.
1. For underground and mobile use, fix cables securely with dedicated fixtures.
2. Terminate cores strictly per electrical standards, guaranteeing tight connections and good insulation.
✔ Lastly, after installation, conduct insulation and continuity tests.
Do not operate the cable until all inspections pass. Wear protective gear during work and comply with local electrical safety regulations at all times.
