UL 1333 is the UL wire style for 300 V, 150 °C wire with FEP insulation. TEBAOFLEX builds it with a 0.33 mm FEP fluoropolymer wall over tinned copper, from 10 AWG to 30 AWG, with stranded conductors across the range and solid conductors in 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 AWG. Overall diameters run from 0.914 mm to 3.67 mm with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm.
Choose UL 1333 for internal wiring of home appliances, lighting lamps, small motors, temperature sensors and electronic equipment where a thin, flexible insulation with strong chemical resistance is needed. The low-friction FEP surface and good electrical properties suit dense wiring, and eleven insulation colours, including transparent, help with circuit identification.

Application & Features
Selection overview
UL 1333 is used for internal wiring and leads in home appliances, lighting lamps, small motors, temperature sensors and electronic equipment. In lamp housings and appliance enclosures the wiring sits close to warm components, and the thin 150 °C FEP wall routes easily through compact spaces. Solid conductors in the small sizes suit fixed connections on boards and sensors, while the stranded versions take the flexing of leads that move.
Within the TEBAOFLEX FEP range, compare UL 1332 for 300 V FEP lead wire rated 200 °C, and UL 1331 for a 600 V, 150 °C FEP hook-up wire. Where PTFE insulation is preferred at 300 V and 150 °C, see UL 1164 with silver-plated copper.
- Thin FEP wallA 0.33 mm FEP wall gives overall diameters from 0.914 mm at 30 AWG to 3.67 mm at 10 AWG.
- Stranded or solidStranded tinned copper in every size, plus solid conductors from 20 AWG to 30 AWG.
- Chemical resistanceFEP insulation with strong chemical resistance and good electrical properties.
- Eleven coloursRed, black, yellow, green, blue, white, purple, brown, orange, grey and transparent.

FAQ
Selection questions
What is UL 1333 wire?
UL 1333 is a UL wire style for 300 V, 150 °C wire with FEP insulation. The TEBAOFLEX version uses a 0.33 mm FEP wall over stranded or solid tinned copper, from 10 AWG to 30 AWG, for appliances, lighting, small motors, sensors and electronic equipment.
How is UL 1333 different from UL 1332 and UL 1331?
All three use FEP insulation over tinned copper. UL 1333 is rated 300 V and 150 °C. UL 1332 is a 300 V lead wire rated 200 °C, and UL 1331 is a 600 V hook-up wire rated 150 °C. Choose by the voltage and temperature your circuit needs.
When should I choose a solid conductor?
Solid tinned copper is offered from 20 AWG to 30 AWG. It suits fixed connections such as sensor leads and board wiring; for leads that move or vibrate, choose the stranded construction of the same size.
What insulation thickness and diameter does UL 1333 have?
Every size has a 0.33 mm FEP wall. Overall diameters run from 0.914 mm (30 AWG solid) to 3.67 mm (10 AWG, 37 strands), with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm.
What should I send for a quotation?

Quality Assurance
Testing at every stage in our own workshop and laboratory, from incoming copper to the packed drum.

Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of copper rod, rubber compound and reinforcing material is checked before it reaches the line.
- Copper: conductor resistance, elongation and surface condition on incoming rod and drawn wire
- EPR, CPE, PUR and silicone compounds: hardness, tensile strength, elongation and ageing samples from each mix
- Suppliers and batch numbers are recorded so every drum can be traced back to its materials

Manufacturing Process Control
Stranding, insulation extrusion, core assembly and sheathing run under recorded process parameters.
- Class 5/6 stranding with lay length and tension monitored for trailing and reeling flexibility
- Continuous-vulcanisation extrusion with wall thickness and spark tests logged on every length
- Operators sign off each stage before the cable moves to the next machine

Electrical Testing
Finished lengths go through the routine tests required by the referenced VDE, ICEA, IEC or NEK standard.
- Conductor resistance and insulation resistance on every length
- Voltage withstand (3.5 kV and higher) and partial-discharge measurement in the shielded HV laboratory
- Screen and pilot-core continuity checks for mining and reeling constructions

Mechanical and Ageing Tests
Samples from production are tested for the duty a mining, crane or submersible cable will actually see.
- Tensile strength and elongation of insulation and sheath before and after ageing
- Hot-set, ozone, oil-immersion and low-temperature bending tests
- Constant-temperature water bath for insulation resistance of submersible constructions

Flame Test and Final Inspection
Before packing, the cable is checked against the order and the flame-performance requirement of its standard.
- Single-cable vertical flame test to IEC 60332-1-2 where specified
- Metre marking, printing, drum length and appearance inspection
- Test report and packing list issued with every shipment
