Products
05What cables does TEBAOFLEX manufacture?
0.6/1 kV to 35 kV heavy-duty rubber cables: VDE and ICEA mining trailing and reeling cables, port crane reeling and festoon cables, submersible pump cables, marine and offshore cables (NEK 606, IEEE 1580 Type P), elevator travelling cables, EV charging cables, silicone and high-temperature cables, ROV umbilicals and custom constructions, more than 1,500 cable types in total.
06Can you manufacture customised cables?
Yes. Constructions, conductor classes, screens, fibre-optic elements, sheath compounds, colours, printing and drum lengths can all be built to your specification or drawing.
07Which standards do you follow?
Depending on the family: VDE 0250 / DIN VDE designations, ICEA S-75-381 (SHD-GC, G-GC, W, MP-GC), IEC 60502, IEC 60228, IEC 60332, NEK 606, IEEE 1580, MT/T 818 (MA-certified mining cables) and EN 50620 / IEC 62893 for EV charging cables.
08Which mining cable families are available?
VDE types such as NSSHOEU, NTSCGEWOEU, (N)3GHSSHCH and NSHTOEU, and ICEA types SHD-GC, G-GC, Type W, MP-GC and DLO. See the Mining Trailing Cable category for the selection matrix.
Quality Control
09How do you ensure product quality?
Production runs under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Incoming copper and compounds are inspected, process parameters are recorded at each machine, and every length passes routine electrical tests in our own laboratory, including voltage withstand and partial-discharge measurement.
10Which certifications do you hold?
UL and cUL, VDE, CE, Korea KTL (KC), six MA mining product safety marks (MYP, MYPT and MYPTJ types from 0.38/0.66 kV to 8.7/10 kV) and the national industrial product production licence. Numbers, issuers and validity are listed on the Certificates & Compliance page.
11Do you provide test reports?
Yes. A routine test report accompanies each shipment, and type-test data for the referenced standard is available on request.
12Can third-party inspection be arranged?
Yes. Customer or third-party inspection at the factory before shipment can be arranged when the order is placed.
13How are cables aged and tested?
Samples are tested in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (85 °C, 85 % RH, 500 to 1,000 hours or 10 alternating cycles) together with hot-set, ozone, oil-immersion, low-temperature bending and flame tests according to the referenced standard.
Orders & Pricing
14How do I request a quotation?
Use the inquiry form, WhatsApp or email. Our engineers check the parameters within 24 hours, confirm materials and construction, and send a formal price and lead-time offer.
15What information should I provide?
Working environment, rated voltage, number of cores and cross-section, standard or type designation, required length, bending frequency or reeling duty, temperature range and special functions such as oil resistance, flame performance or fibre-optic elements. Attach drawings if available.
16Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the construction. Standard types can often be supplied in short lengths; custom constructions require a minimum production run, which is stated in the quotation.
17How long is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the construction and quantity and is confirmed with the quotation. Samples for laboratory testing or field trial can be produced before bulk production.
18What are the payment terms?
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit payment; the balance is settled as agreed in the offer before shipment.
Shipping & Export
19Do you export worldwide?
Yes. TEBAOFLEX cables work in tunnel engineering, mining, port, marine and offshore, petrochemical and steel projects around the world.
20How are cables packaged?
Solid wood reels (kiln-dried pine or poplar, free of cracks and knots), composite reels with an iron frame and wooden flanges, or all-metal stamped steel reels. Lengths over 80 kg are supplied on large reels; smaller quantities as coils or small reels.
21Can you provide export documents?
Commercial invoice, packing list and test report are provided with each shipment; certificate of origin and other documents can be prepared on request.
Technical Support
22Can your engineers recommend a cable?
Yes. Send the equipment, movement, environment and electrical data and an engineer will propose a construction and type designation.
23Where do I find datasheets?
On the product pages and the Downloads page. Datasheets for types not yet listed are sent with the quotation.
24How do I choose the conductor cross-section?
It depends on the current, voltage drop over the route, installation method and ambient or duty conditions. Send the load and route data and we will size the conductor for you.
25Do you offer after-sales technical support?
Yes. Installation, reeling-system and troubleshooting questions are handled by the same engineering team that quoted the cable.
Still Have Questions?
Send your question with the application and cable type and an engineer will answer within 24 hours.
