Cable Packaging

Solid Wood Cable Reels (Kiln-dried pine or poplar lumber; free of cracks and knots); Composite Reels (Iron frame with wooden side panels); All-Metal Stamped Reels (Stamped and welded cold-rolled steel sheet).
Large reels (>80 kg); Small reels/Coils (≤80 kg).

Aging Test Chamber

Standard Operating Conditions: 85°C, 85% RH (Constant Temperature and Humidity) for 500–1000 hours, or 10 alternating temperature and humidity cycles.
Acceptance Criteria: Decrease in insulation resistance < 50%; absence of blistering, hydrolytic cracking, or mold growth; volume resistivity retention ≥ 90%.
