  • NSSHCGEÖU(V) is a heavy-duty flexible mining cable complying with DIN VDE 0250 Part 812, rated at 0.6/1kV. It is specially designed for coal cutters, featuring EPR insulation, chloroprene outer sheath, integrated pilot cores and concentric earthing armour.
  • It adapts to harsh working conditions with frequent trailing, reeling, bending, tension and impact loads.
  • Suitable for wet, oily, dusty and hazardous mining areas, and allows temporary service in shallow water.

NSSHCGEÖU(Z) Tebaoflex

  1. Conductor: flexible tinned copper conductor Cl. 5, acc to IEC 60228, DIN VDE 0295
  2. Insulation: rubber EPR type 3GI3
  3. Outer semi-conductive layer: semi-conducting rubber compound
  4. Monitoring conductor: tinned copper wires laying concentric around each control cores
  5. Monitor semi-conductive layer: semi-conducting rubber compound
  6. Inner sheath: rubber EPR type GM1b
  7. Earth conductor: copper/steel wires laying concentric between inner and outer sheath
  8. Outer sheath: yellow (similar to RAL 1021), rubber PCP type 5GM5

Main Applications

This cable is used for power supply and signal control of heavy mobile mining machinery including coal cutters, roadheaders and LHD loaders in coal mines and metal mines.
It adapts to harsh working conditions with frequent trailing, reeling, bending, tension and impact loads. Suitable for wet, oily, dusty and hazardous mining areas, and allows temporary service in shallow water.
