
NTSCGECWOEU Coal Cutter Cable VDE 0250 Mining Cable
The NTSCGECWOEU Coal Cutter Cable is a medium-voltage flexible mining trailing cable designed for coal cutter machines (shearers), longwall mining systems, and underground mobile mining equipment.
It is manufactured according to DIN VDE 0250 Part 813, a German standard specifically developed for high-mechanical-stress mining cables used in:

The NTSCGECWOEU cable uses a multi-layer rubber-insulated mining cable structure designed for extreme underground conditions.

1. Conductor System
- Flexible stranded tinned copper conductor
- Class 5 extra-flexible design (IEC 60228)
- High fatigue resistance under continuous movement
2. Semiconductive Layer System
- Inner semiconductive layer over conductor
- Outer semiconductive screen over insulation
3. Insulation Layer
- High-performance EPR rubber insulation (Type 3GI3)
- High dielectric strength
- Heat resistant up to 90°C
4. Earth & Monitoring System
Depending on design version:
- Split earth conductors in outer interstices
- Concentric earth system

- Pilot cores for control systems
- Monitoring conductors for safety circuits
