(N)3GHSSYCY Cable for Tunnel and Underground Mining

The Rated 3.6/6kV–12/20kV (N)3GHSSYCY Rubber Cable as feeder cable for power supply of shiftable MV equipment, e.g. compressure resistant transformers, for underground mining applications as well as for tunnel sites.
N3GHSSYCY cable  Working Temperature: operate in ambient temperatures of -40°C to +80°C when fixed+5°C to +80°C when flexed, with monitoring cores for safety.
Class 5 stranded copper conductors,Galvanized steel wire braid armor offers high tensile strength. PVC inner/outer sheaths provide oil, moistur.

This (N)3GHSSYCY cable is designed for harsh industrial environments. Widely used in underground mines, tunnel engineering and heavy-duty mobile equipment. Suitable for medium-voltage power transmission of mining machinery, conveyors and hoists.
Tebaoflex (N)3GHSSYCY cables is manufactured according to VDE 0250 standard. One of the main applications is the connection of mobile equipment in hazardous environments in mines and underground excavation operations. In addition to this, it adapts to frequent bending, pulling and outdoor exposure. Also applicable for power supply in construction sites and industrial plants with strict mechanical and safety requirements.

✔ Firstly, Before installation, inspect (N)3GHSSYCY Cable for damage and verify specifications match operating requirements.
1. Avoid dragging, sharp friction and excessive bending;
2. follow the specified minimum bend radius.
3. Keep cables away from high-temperature sources and corrosive substances.

✔ Secondly, during laying, ensure proper tension to prevent overstretching the steel wire braid armor.
1. For underground and mobile use, fix cables securely with dedicated fixtures.
2. Terminate cores strictly per electrical standards, guaranteeing tight connections and good insulation.

✔ Lastly, after installation, conduct insulation and continuity tests.
Do not operate the cable until all inspections pass. Wear protective gear during work and comply with local electrical safety regulations at all times.
