Tunnelling & Mining
Trailing, reeling and feeder cables for continuous miners, shuttle cars, coal cutters, LHD loaders and tunnel boring machines.

Heavy-duty rubber cables for mining, port cranes, submersible pumps, EV charging, elevators and marine duty. Pick a family to filter the range.
TEBAOFLEX mining trailing cables connect shovels, draglines, continuous miners, shuttle cars and LHD loaders to the mine power system while the machine moves. The range spans two families: ICEA types such as SHD-GC, G-GC and Type W, rated 600/2000 V to 25 kV in AWG/kcmil sizes with grounding and ground-check conductors where the type requires them, and VDE types such as NSSHCGEÖU, NSHTOEU and (N)TSCGEWÖU, rated 0.6/1 kV to 20/35 kV in mm² with Class 5 conductors.

A mining trailing cable is a flexible, heavy-duty power cable that connects a moving mining machine, such as a shovel, dragline, continuous miner, shuttle car or LHD loader, to the mine power system. It is built to be dragged, reeled and flexed, and usually carries grounding plus ground-check or pilot conductors so that the earth circuit can be monitored.
Choose the family your machine and site electrical rules were designed around; voltage alone does not make the two interchangeable. ICEA types use type letters such as W, G-GC and SHD-GC, one voltage figure such as 2000 V and AWG/kcmil sizes. VDE types use codes such as NSSHCGEÖU or (N)TSCGEWÖU, U0/U ratings from 0.6/1 kV to 20/35 kV, mm² sections and Class 5 conductors.
Type G-GC is a 2000 V round cable with three power cores, two grounding conductors and one ground-check conductor for continuous miners, shuttle cars and drills. Type W is rated 600/2000 V with 2 to 5 cores in flat or round form and no bare grounds. Type SHD-GC adds a copper braid over each power core and covers 2 kV to 25 kV for shovels, drills and mine feeders.
ICEA Type G-GC and SHD-GC have two grounding conductors and one yellow-insulated ground-check conductor, and Type MP-GC feeders have two bare grounds and one 8-gauge insulated ground check. Type W is used where bare grounding conductors are not required. On the VDE side, NSSHCGEÖU(V) carries control cores with concentric monitoring conductors, and (N)TMCGETMPU has a dedicated ground-check conductor.
No. Feeder, hoist, locomotive-wire and signal cables are listed here but are not trailing types. Type MP-GC and the (N)3GHSSYCY and (N)3GHSSHCH tunnel cables feed distribution equipment, NTMTWOEU hangs in hoist shafts, the DLO cables serve as motor, battery and locomotive leads, and P1209 and LiYCY carry monitoring or signal circuits. Choose a trailing or reeling type for machines that drag or reel their cable.
The type designation or existing cable marking (ICEA or VDE); rated voltage, number of cores and conductor size in AWG/kcmil or mm²; grounding, ground-check, pilot, control or fibre-optic cores; the machine and its movement, whether trailing, reeling (drum type and speed), festoon, suspended or fixed; water, oil, temperature, flame or LSZH requirements; and length per drum and total length.
